1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or the customization does not match the order.
1.2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or the customization does not match your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Refunds
